CFM srl as Data Controller, informs you pursuant to the applicable national legislation and the European Privacy Regulation n. 679/2016 (“GDPR”) how your data is processed.

The data in our possession may belong to customers, suppliers or subjects who have requested commercial/work information from our company. They are therefore those necessary for any commercial activity: company name, name and surname of contact persons, telephone number and email, address, VAT number, tax code, IBAN and any other “non-sensitive” data. This data is collected and used for the declared purposes, i.e. finalizing the commercial relationship, managing the orders received, delivering the material and managing the credit.

The data is processed directly by CFM srl and can be transferred to third parties only for purposes related to the service requested or for fiscal/administrative obligations: issuing invoices, delivery notes, issuing automated payments, bank RIBAs, accounting and legal professionals, debt collection institutions . If deletion is not requested by the interested party, the data will be retained for a period of 10 years or as established by legislation for the conservation of tax documents.

We can send communications relating to the requested service (management of estimates, orders and deliveries, requests and information). We may send communications about discounts or special offers.

The information and consent are requested when entering the data in the registry at our offices in Corso Firenze 13/a, Mondovì.

At any time the interested party can request modifications, additions or deletions of his data by writing to info@cfmferro.com
